Maddie Ludt serves as Assistant Director of Outreach and Engagement at Mississippi State University’s College of Professional and Continuing Studies, where she helps students bridge education and career goals through partnerships with community colleges and employers. Drawing on her diverse background in education, business, and nonprofit work, she’s passionate about helping adult learners and transfer students find success in transition.
